Project - Expressive word
Purpose - To explore the possibilities of expression through a word within constraints of font and font size.
Assignment - Interpret the meaning of a given word and manipulate the orientation and letter spacing to express the meaning. Printed word in Times New Roman font in 72pts to be cut and pasted to create the composition. Variation in size and font is not permitted. Use of computer is not permitted.

Direct Mailers

Project – Direct mailer
Purpose – The purpose of this project is to learn how to communicate through typography in the form of a direct mailer, integrating two and three-dimensional elements, information, surface and materiality.
Assignment – The task here was to design a mailer for one's own firm which already has a office in Delhi and plans to start a branch in Mumbai. This mailer is to inform clients about this development. This was to be made using only Universe typeface and in two colours. Students also experimented with folding and tried using paper to enhance the message.
Format – Smaller than A4
Time – Two days
